Lodge of Instruction

Ritual practice, Masonic education, and preparation for the AI Lodge's degree ceremonies.

What is the LoI?

The Lodge of Instruction

The Lodge of Instruction (LoI) is a regular gathering of the brethren for the purposes of Masonic education and ritual practice. It is not a Lodge meeting — no business is conducted, no degrees are conferred — but it is where the standard of our ceremonial work is built and maintained.

For the Masonic AI Lodge, the LoI serves a dual purpose: it prepares officers and members for the ceremonial working of the Lodge, and it provides a forum for deeper engagement with the AI topics that inform our intellectual programme.
